Eligibility Requirements

If you would like to apply for SCFD funding, please select the option that most closely describes your situation:

My organization is applying for SCFD funds for the first time.
My organization has received SCFD funds in the past but has not applied in three consecutive years.
My organization currently receives SCFD funds but our mission statement, activities, or location has changed since our last application.
