"Live Love Art"

2013-07-03

This weekend, July 5, 6, & 7 is the annual Cherry Creek Arts Festival.

One of the regions largest festival, the Cherry Creek Art Festival is not only visually stimulating, but it also offers superior culinary experiences, live performances, and fun activities for the kids.  The 2013 festival boasts a whooping 250 exhibitors.  One of my favorite aspects of the festival is the opportunity to meet the artist and hear about their inspiration.  It makes the art that much more special!

Check out the activities calender to know what is going on, but the festival has a pretty jam packed scheduled and your bound to catch some live music or a culinary demo no matter what time of day you visit.  Don't miss out on Art Lab, especially on Friday afternoon for the Bladesmithing and Found Objects Robots activities.  On Saturday Art Lab has presentations about the Cherry Creek Art Festivals Student Art Buying Program - A super innovative program that teaches kids about the art of pricing art.  Bring the whole family on down and re-discover your inner creative self!
