2015 Free Days at SCFD Organizations

2015 Free Days at SCFD Organizations

One special feature of SCFD organizations is the ability to offer free or reduced price days throughout the year. Every month there is a free day offered at an organization (sometimes more than one!). The biggest organizations, the Denver Art Museum, Denver Botanic Gardens, Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Denver Zoo, and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science all offer discounted or free programming on a regular basis. In addition, many organizations including the Museum of Outdoor Arts, Aurora History Museum, Hudson Gardens, and the Children’s Museum offer frequent free days. The official schedule of 2015 free days has been published. To see all free days for 2015, there is a free day calendar on the SCFD website. In addition, you can go to the website of any organization to see their calendars and scheduled programming.

The next upcoming free days are January 3 at the Denver Art Museum, January 5 at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, January 6 at the Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield, January 11 at the Denver Zoo, and January 19 at the Denver Botanic Gardens. In addition, the Denver Center for the Performing Arts offers SCFD 10 for 10; every Tuesday at 10 AM, a limited number of tickets for $10 are released for the week’s performance.
