Donor Engagement Programs Coordinator
Part-time (20–25 hrs/week) | $20–$25/hour | Hybrid | Denver, CO

Colorado Ballet seeks a relationship-centered and highly organized coordinator to support donor pipeline and community-facing patron programs, most prominently the Sugarplum program and Colorado Ballet Auxiliary. This position manages event logistics, family communications, and volunteer engagement while helping connect Auxiliary participation to long-term donor cultivation and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Sugarplum program lifecycle and signature events
• Liaise with the Colorado Ballet Auxiliary and volunteers
• Support donor cultivation and community-building efforts
• Evening/weekend event support required during peak season

Compensation & Schedule

• $20–$25/hour
• Approx. 20–25 hrs/week, variable by season
• Paid sick leave + complimentary/discounted tickets
