Theatre Artibus

Ha Ha Da Vinci, Created and Performed by Phina Pipia - Step into a whimsical adventure where paintings come to life, beds make music, and a curious graduate student is swept through time. After discovering that Leonardo da Vinci and mathematician Luca Pacioli may have built a time machine, she must follow their clues to find her way home. Blending illusion, live music, and storytelling, this award-winning solo performance has been praised as “terrific” by the New York Times, “enchanting” by the Twin Cities Pioneer Press, and “impossible to resist” by the Montreal Gazette. Presented by Theatre Artibus, the Curious Kids Series is an interactive theatre program for ages 5–11 featuring original performances by Colorado artists throughout the year. From physical storytelling and immersive adventures to puppets, bubbles, and theatrical magic, kids and their families are invited to play, imagine, and become part of the story. Curious Kids is supported by Denver Arts & Venues through Denver Creates.

Wonder looks good on you

Culture creates vibrancy for us individually and collectively. It gives our kids a unique perspective and understanding of the world. It inspires all of us to get off the couch, discover the radical and the beautiful, and stretches our capacity to be transformed. Through our diverse, local culture, we come together, we come to new ideas, we come to our senses.
