Mission Statement
To bring the highest quality of brass performance and literature to a diverse and expanding audience in the seven-county region, the state of Colorado, the United States and the world. To educate audiences in regard to musical styles and the art of brass playing. To educate brass musicians in technical and musical skills. To contribute to new brass literature through commissions and publication.

Colorado Railroad Museum
SCFD Free Day - The Colorado Railroad Museum will host SCFD Free Days on March 13, 2025, May 8, 2025 and October 2, 2025. Grounds & exhibits open 9am to 5pm. Admission is free. Rides operate 10am to 3pm. Ride Tickets: $4 Adults (18+), $2 Children (2-17). Museum members and children under the age of 2 are free.

Excellence in Arts Awards - Join us at The Armory Performing Arts Center as we recognize our local cultural arts champions. Entertainment and snacks provided.
Youth On Record
Youth Open Mic - this free community event provides performance opportunities for emerging artists every first Friday. If you're wanting to explore live performance, this event is a perfect opportunity for both first timers and experienced performers, alike! The environment is friendly, encouraging, and non-judgmental. Prizes will be awarded to participants. Food and drinks will be provided. Friends and family members are encouraged to attend!
