Parker Honey Festival; Mark your calendars for Sunday, August 6 when the Honey Festival makes its buzzworthy return to Parker. From 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at O’Brien Park, visitors can indulge in a fun-filled event aimed at raising awareness and appreciation for the humble honeybee through an array of educational and entertaining activities. The festival will welcome between 20-25 vendors, local beekeepers and beekeeping organizations who will showcase their wares and share their knowledge on all things bees!

Art Reception: Women with Power Tools. Join Parker Arts on Thursday, May 25th from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. for an art reception celebrating “Women with Power Tools,” an exhibit showcasing the creativity and innovation of women in the traditionally male-dominated field of carpentry.

Parker Science Day; Come unleash your curiosity and explore the wonders of hands-on science, technology, and engineering in Discovery Park with hundreds of local families and students. Parker Science Day is a drop-in event. Our science exhibits will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and you may arrive and leave whenever you like. Each exhibit will allow participants to explore different branches of science and learn something new while having fun outside! Emceed by Eddie Goldstein – professional magician, dinner theater performer, museum science educator, and one of the most talented and entertaining science presenters in the world!
